Something that doesn’t get discussed enough from the realtor perspective on professional photography is that bringing in another professional such as a photographer as part of your marketing support team adds another service that helps articulate your value to your client. It also takes any editing, cropping, uploading off of your plate saving you valuable time you could be using to pick up more clients. We try to do it on every home because even if a home is a lower priced property you are still trying out for your next listing with each listing you take. I also believe there is absolutely a huge difference between an agent who is good at taking pictures and the professionally trained photographer with the best equipment who does it full-time. And this comes from a guy who was in marketing for 10 years. There’s a night and day difference between my photos and Art Home’s. You could equate it to attempting to sell your home by owner instead of listing with a professional realtor.

I began using Art Home for photography a little over 2 years ago when I was in need of a photographer. Art Home was (and is still) fast at responding to my request to schedule a shoot. They often can make short notice appointments happen. This is huge in our business because of how fast our market moves.
